Spruce Mobile Banking App: In-App Messages
CHALLENGE:
We don’t have in-app messages for multiple user situations
SOLUTION:
Write and design in-app messages for multiple user situations
Background:
Spruce is a mobile banking app built by H&R Block to help users with their finances. In the app, we can send users messages (updates on their account, new features, etc.), which will show up in their inbox.
So, I worked with my design partner (Betsy Shoebe) to build messages for different situations.
Prompt 1:
Celebrate a user’s birthday.
Prompt 2:
Let users know they earned cash back rewards (which we deposit into their Extra Savings account).
Prompt 3:
Make sure users meant to enroll in backup withholding.
Prompt 4:
Celebrate a user’s Spruce anniversary.
